Phillies and Cubs with their backs to the wall … here we GO!!!!

ree

As always, my personal plays are posted publicly in the Break the Odds Discord, the Mosh Pit Discord, and often shared on my X account. Reminder: Default listing for stats is L30 AVG/wOBA/ISO.

✅ THE SLATE ✅

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Philadelphia Phillies, 6p

  • Nobody on the Dodgers matches up particularly well with the Pitch Mix. Teo Hernandez and Andy Pages have decent BvP numbers, but neither did much in game one against Sanchez.

  • I think my favorite play in this game is to just try to hit the F5 under like we did in game one. It’s actually bumped up a run to 4.5, but it’s also pretty juicy.

  • Bryce Harper finally had a decent game last night and his numbers are OK against the Mix (.333/.358/.167). I may sprinkle a little.

Milwaukee Brewers vs. Chicago Cubs, 9p

  • This game is a total crapshoot. There aren’t even lines available on the outs market for either pitcher, so Vegas is telling you they have no clue either. Kyle Tucker and Pete Crow-Armstrong actually have decent numbers against Peralta, but the rest of the team is trash. Plus, both have bad numbers against the Mix. Michael Busch is red hot, so a “gut sprinkle” may be in order.

  • Speaking of “gut sprinkle,” no L30 Pitch Mix numbers to back it up but Jackson Chourio and William Contreras are red hot in this series, so they are worth a look. I also don’t expect Matthew Boyd to pitch deep into this game, so BvP matters a lot less too, but Contreras is 5-10 off Boyd.

That’s all for now … Let’s go get some GREEN!

Well that escalated quickly! Just three days ago we were all set to start throwing some dirt on the Blue Jays after their 18 inning loss and now here we are with champagne on ice for the Jays in game

All Knotted Up!

Huge rebound day yesterday for the Jays and we got ourselves a series that’s all square at two games apiece. Game one starters Blake Snell and Trey Yesavage return for this one, and while that result
