Two games to look at today … so let’s jump right in!

As always, my personal plays are posted publicly in the Break the Odds Discord, the Mosh Pit Discord, and often shared on my X account. Reminder: Default listing for stats is L30 AVE/wOBA/ISO.

✅ THE SLATE ✅

New York Yankees vs. Toronto Blue Jays, 4p

  • The Yankees were held pretty much in check yesterday, so you know they’re going to try to come out hard against a guy who only has three starts the entire season. Aaron Judge is the top bat (duh). Mix matchup is decent at .310/.370/.345

  • If game one is any indication, Vlad Guerrero is prepared to put this Blue Jays team on his back and try to carry them any way he can. His numbers against the Mix are solid (.368/.405/.211) but Fried is of course also very good. George Springer has a decent history against Fried, batting .333 in 15 at bats and ZERO strikeouts. “In play out” for his first at bat might be worth a sprinkle.

  • Game total is set at 8.5 … I think the over is in consideration, though Fried certainly has a big say in that.

Detroit Tigers vs. Seattle Mariners, 8p

  • F5 under certainly screams like a valid play here. Only issue is the most books are at 2.5 which is super low. here are a couple books offering 3 as the line. I’d be open to taking that since we’d at least push if the total ended up at 3.

  • I initially wanted to look at u5.5 strikeouts for Castillo, but the Tigers don’t have a great overall history against him, so it’s probably not worth it. Kerry Carpenter is the one Tiger bat on my radar (.345/.430/.379)

  • Feel free to take batter against Skubal, but that ain’t any way I typically like to put my money at risk.

That’s all for now … Let’s go get some GREEN!

Well That Was Unexpected

Well that escalated quickly! Just three days ago we were all set to start throwing some dirt on the Blue Jays after their 18 inning loss and now here we are with champagne on ice for the Jays in game

All Knotted Up!

Huge rebound day yesterday for the Jays and we got ourselves a series that’s all square at two games apiece. Game one starters Blake Snell and Trey Yesavage return for this one, and while that result
