Is Game 3 Over Yet?

What a crazy marathon game last night/this morning and to be quite frank … what a crushing loss for the Blue Jays. They lose in 18, lose one of their best players, exhaust their bullpen, and now they gotta face Ohtani who looks like a superhero playing with mere mortals. No pressure!

Vlad Guerrero is the only Jays bat that shows up on the Pitch Mix with .323/.394/.355 for his AVG/wOBA/ISO, but I’m not in love with the fact that he also has to face the aforementioned superhero. Honestly, I don’t see a world where I risk any of my money on the Jays bats today.

On the flip side, the one bet in my strongest consideration is o4.5 hits allowed for Shane Bieber. Reality is the Jays NEED a decently long outing from Bieber, so I feel like he gets leash enough where he can give up 5 hits before they start thinking about taking him out.

For Dodgers hitters there’s of course that Shohei Ohtani guy (.333/.543/.667) you’ve probably heard of who was also intentionally walked 247 times in game 3. Teo Hernandez has strong power numbers against the Pitch Mix (.278/.449/.500) and was 4-8 yesterday, so he can be in consideration as well. Personally I may just hit the Bieber bet and call it a day, but we shall see.

Let’s go get some GREEN!

All Knotted Up!
