Happy Mother’s Day! Hope everybody has a great one and we’re enjoying many dongs being hit on Mom’s special day (I am not a mature human). Unrelated … it had to have been a hilarious pitch meeting listening to the creators of the movie “Throw Momma From the Train.” “So these guys try to kill this mean ass mom by chucking her off a train … families will LOVE it!”

Let’s jump into the plays for Sunday, May 11th. Reminder SIGN UP FOR PREMIUM (if ya ain’t already) to get the full list.
✅ TOP PICKS ✅
James Wood (WSH) vs. Andre Pallante [GRADE: A]
H/AB | AVG | wOBA | ISO | ExitVelo | HardHit% |
16-45 | .356 | .441 | .400 | 98.1 | 67.65% |
Wood is back for a second day in a row, though I also feel like Miles Mikolas subscribes to this newsletter and ups his game every time I mention that he stinks. Screw you Miles!
TARGET MARKETS: H+R+R/TB (1u), HR (0.3u-0.5u for boosts and such), hit parlays, H+R+R parlays
Quick note on the Target Markets section: These are the markets I’m going to be line/promo shopping for when the markets open up. Sometimes I will avoid them if they’re too juicy or the odds are just garbage (-130 and worse). Unit recommendation is a general guideline, but could change based on value. Also … feel free to visit GAMBLING SCHOOL 101 for a breakdown of all markets, bankroll, risk management and more
Sal Perez / Bobby Witt (KC) vs. Lucas Giolito [GRADE: A]
H/AB | AVG | wOBA | ISO | ExitVelo | HardHit% |
5-10 | .500 | .491 | .200 | 93.1 | 50% |
Gio has been pretty bad since returning from injury and both of these guys have strong BvP against him. Witt has a .333 avg and Perez is .432 with 5 HRs. Perez my first choice, but both in play. Above numbers are the last 14 for Perez BTW.
TARGET MARKETS: H+R+R/TB (1u), HR (0.3u-0.5u for boosts and such), hit parlays, H+R+R parlays
💰 THE RECAP 💰
These are all of our picks from Friday, May 9 …
❌ Kyle Schwarber: 0-3
❓ Aaron Judge: 1-4, double, run
❌ Corbin Carroll: 0-5 … team scores 11 and he does nothing
✅ Rhys Hoskins: 2-4, RBI
❌ Oneil Cruz: 1-4
✅ Austin Riley: 2-4
❌ Gleyber Torres: 0-2, 2 walks
Not gonna lie … this month has been really frustrating. April performed really well and I figured we were right to the data sweet spot we were looking for, and instead it’s been hot garbage. Baseball is a marathon for sure, but it would be nice to hit a GREEN stretch ASAP.
